New Community Baptist Church
To properly signify the church’s purpose - happiness, warmth, and welcoming, I understood to put emphasis on the logo. The logo design is readable, direct, and minimalistic because my goal is to capture the audience’s attention and pull their interest into the church.
The thinness and thickness of the weight in the strokes reach multiple perspectives, defining engagement and welcoming anyone, while warmth and happiness are portrayed in the signature yellow color palette.

Social Media Management
Managing the church’s social media was a marvelous experience because this first time opportunity led me to become interested in social media and marketing management. This interest took me further into seeking additional education (Meta Social Media Marketing).
With the church’s social media, I engaged the idea of photography to portray friendliness and familiarity. I began to create Instagram posts for member features to approach the audience in a friendlier manner. With emphasis on warmth and happiness, I wanted to keep the photographs in black and white to focus on the main color palette.
